Practically a custom binding.

Rome Strut Snowboard Binding - Women's

very responsive. This binding lets you play with a lot of options to make it personal to your riding. It can even be changed to a toe strap. Only complaint is that it didn't stay on the toe of my boot. I think this might be bc my boots are to bulky. They are kinda old (before toe straps became popular) so I am sure when i get new ones they will work perfect.
