Pro FS Snowboard Binding

Flow Pro FS Snowboard Binding

Flow Pro FS Snowboard Binding

Rating for this product: 4 February 8, 2006

I rode these bindings for 4 days on very icy slopes in New Hampshire. Once your feet are in and secured, the bindings are great. Definitely helped hold my edges on the ice.

My only complaint is that they are hard to get your feet out. Also, hard to close the bindings while standing on both feet. You can quickly get your back foot into the binding and close the binding if you don't mind getting on your knees. If you do this, you'll be in before anyone else!

Getting out of the binding is also easier on your knees.

DAKINE Low Roller Snowboard Bag - 4400cu in

Rating for this product: 3 February 8, 2006

I bought the 180cm. bag. This is very long, like for skis, but is also just the right length for a snowboard with boots at the bottom. If you overlap the boots and board, a shorter bag would be better. The bag's bottom stiffeners are too short, allowing the bag to bend at the end of the snowboard. This allows the bag to drag if you are trying to roll it. I basically had to carry it everywhere, from airport baggage claim to rental car.

Domestic airlines only allow 50lb max weight. You can easily go over the weight limit if you're not careful. It's a big bag!

This board is excellent! So easy to maneuver and carve, even on very icy and hard slopes.

The graphics are not my favorite, but you can't buy a board based on how it looks!
