Reef Fanning Sandal - Men's

Reef Fanning Sandal - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 November 3, 2009

When I first saw these, I was skeptical about 1) paying $50 for sandals, and 2) going along with a bottle-opener shoe gimmick. I went ahead and got them, 3 years ago, and my only regret is that I paid full price, instead of finding them on here. They're comfortable as hell to this day, they've lasted me through a LOT of wear and weather (I wear them about 9 months out of the year), and believe it or not, those bottle openers are your best friend, and new party trick for months after buying them. I wouldn't wear them in rocky or gravel-covered places, though, because stuff can definitely get jammed in the openers, and the hard plastic will probably crack if you hammer down onto a rock at a weird angle. Under normal use, though, these things will last you for many summers to come.

Burton Moto Snowboard Boot - Men's

Burton Moto Snowboard Boot - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 October 21, 2009

Just used mine this past weekend for the first time, and all the fears I had about buying boots without trying them on first were put to rest. Fit my Burton bindings perfectly, kept me warm, and looked good. The laces are easy and reliable, too, even if they're not BOAs. What else could you ask for?
