I have the dress in size medium, and from the bottom of the arm opening to the hem, it's about 4 feet long. I'm 5'6 and it hits the floor. It will probably be too short if you're much taller than that

It really depends what you mean by large breasted. But I would say the sizing chart that is posted is pretty true to size. I have a large chest and a tiny rib cage and the medium fit fine. I only ended up going with a large because I didn't like how tight the medium felt around the very bottom of the sweater.

I'm 5'6" and 130 lbs. I have a tiny waist but a large chest. I tried on a med and a large and they both fit, but I ended up going with the large just in case i wanted to layer a thicker hoodie under it.

It's got a snow skirt to keep the snow out and it's pretty much wind proof. I bought it as a lighter jacket that's less bulky but with a hoodie underneath it's still super warm!
