Sessions Commander Timber Insulated Jacket - Men's

Sessions Commander Timber Insulated Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 February 24, 2013

"Great jacket! I bought this so I could have a visibly noticeable jacket for friends to find me on the resort and to have a good backcountry jacket. It works great fits great and feels good. The one thing is that this is a thinner insulated jacket so if you need something on a really windy day or in low temps you should def get some good thermals and mid layers." This was my original post, but I have since changed my mind about the jacket. While everything I wrote was true I have since had to return it. The jacket started falling apart on me at the seams after only 12 days of boarding. Thankfully Dogfunk was willing to accept a return-much props to Dogfunk.

Sessions d3o Top - Men's

Sessions d3o Top - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 14, 2012

This thing works. It is a loose fit underlayer so if you like tight thermals it may not work for you, but I liked it a lot. the elbow pads come out easy when you are washing, and if you forget to take them out it's no big deal. Also I like the look and feel of the shirt when you strip down to it when you're in the bar.

Sessions Commander Timber Insulated Jacket - Men's

December 14, 2012

Does anyone know how this jacket fairs on really cold days? Is the hood big enough to go up with a helmet on? I am trying to find a good NOTICABLE backcountry jacket.

Burton Gore-Tex Under Glove - Men's

Burton Gore-Tex Under Glove - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 December 14, 2012

I think they are good, but not long lasting. I have owned Burton and Dakine gloves, and have been thrilled with both, but these particular gloves don't seem to take the abuse as much as others. I haven't even had them a full year, and I'm starting to notice a far amount of wear'n'tear. I would buy again, but also would look at other models.

Burton Poacher Insulated Pant - Men's

Burton Poacher Insulated Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 December 14, 2012

Cold weather is great in these, and on mild days they still work really well (since you have thigh vents). Very roomy, great for layering, and I have used them on -17c days. One thing you should know is that the "Fit" says that these aren't overly baggy, but I disagree these things are baggy as hell. I love the pants, but they are super baggy.

Burton Poacher Insulated Jacket - Men's

Burton Poacher Insulated Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 December 14, 2012

Great in cold weather, have worn in -17c and thing held up like a champ (did have a mid and thermals also). On warmer days you may want a different jacket, as it doesn't have any vents. If this had some pit vents I would wear it every day...As other people said it is a loose or baggy fit so if you're not into that dont buy it.

Looking to buy another, probably the wool Ninja Suit as I want one that is a little warmer for the really cold days. Used the first one in Zermatt, Switzerland in March 2012 and thing was a champ, and 9 months later in CO it is still rocking.

Burton Ronin One-Piece - Men's

Burton Ronin One-Piece - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 May 19, 2009

i bought the urban camo one-piece and it worked perfectly. i have already taken it to breckenridge and a-basin in CO. the suit was perfect, i stayed dry and it had plenty of pockets. the one thing that worried me when i bought it was mobility, but this wasnt an issue.
