SUPERbrand SUPERquadrofinia Surfboard

its a quad fish so itd be good for knee high to head high mushier waves for groveling and getting loose. Quad fin set ups are faster, and the deeper swallow tail gives you some extra drive, but the fatter shape wont be as responsive as a traditional high performance. So yeah this would be a good board for an intermediate surfer who likes to get loose on smaller less clean waves.

Burton Spectre Glove - Men's
February 25, 2013
So far so good having put them on maybe 15 hours of park tow rope sessioning. BUT, the seams busted near the thumb and the velcro closure ripped off. The palms are good, but the actual quality of the glove is disappointing.

By far a longboard. Look for something about 2 feet taller than you with lots of foam (wide, thick, full nose and tail.) The more foam in your board (the bigger it is) the easier it is to paddle around and catch waves with. Being a beginner, you need a big board so you can learn to catch waves and to turn across the face of the wave and actually ride it. Shortboards and Fish shapes are significantly smaller, and are nearly impossible to learn to paddle and catch waves with. They are made for performance surfing where you need something shorter to turn sharply and thrash with, but they cant be paddled in on smaller waves and ridden straight, they simply dont float enough at low speeds. Short boards depend on speed for them to plane across the water, so if you buy a short board you will have to learn to surf on big powerful waves, going fast, with not nearly as much wiggle room with your footing. GO WITH A LONG BOARD!

i would go with a capita stair master, I've been on them since 2008 and I've never had any problems. i ride mine probably 40-50 percent park, 30 percent cruising groomers doing silly mess around butters and stuff and cutting through the trees, and 20-30 percent hauling ass and carving.

extremely light, super duper flexible with amazing heel lock. these boots are unbeatable for street, jib, and smaller to medium park. If you ride smaller to medium park and like a more flexible boot these are for you, end of story.

get a 148 stairmaster! I'm 6 foot 210 pounds and i ride a 148 stair master and i can ride anything in my path, although i struggle a bit in pow and on jumps bigger than 30, but you'll be perfect on a 148 with your weight.

it doesn't matter the binding size, it matters what boots are in the binding. I think you'll be fine with a 152 as long as your boots are like 11.5's or smaller.

both would be great for all around fun, it depends on how you like your board to feel.
a scallywagg is going to be really squirrly and loose, due to its extreme rocker shape.
i would personally ride this, because of its perfect camber shape and flex. this board is super stable and responsive, yet soft enough to jib and press.

DC Ply Snowboard
October 19, 2011
this board is perfect for park. its basically a camber (no real reverse camber at all, its a camber/flat hybrid) soft park board. you can always grind or dull your edges wherever you want with minimal effort, as usual. this is comparable to a capita stair master or a salomon drift, its a very soft camber board that can butter around, press rails, and is very forgiving, but still has a lot of pop, good stability, and can handle all of the mountain, unlike other park boards. hope i helped!

the dh2, being a basically the same board only different camber concept, and a little softer, you should ride about the same size. in my honest opinion, i would go 153.75 though.

no problem dude, i demoed one and it was a perfect jib/park flex...not stiff enough for 40+ jumps or pipe though, but its pop is perfect for park and jibs.

Banshee Bungee Outlaw Slinger Bungee - 20 Foot Package
September 26, 2011
you tie a rope to anything that is sturdy, say a tree. you then clip one end of the bungee to the rope, and the other end of the bungee to the handle. simply buy your friends beer for the night, or bribe them in some way to grab the handle, and run and stretch the bungee out to you, as you are waiting, strapped into your board. you then grab the handle, and once they let go, the bungee will sling you at up to 35 miles an hour at the tree, at which you let go, turn around the tree, and hit the wall ride, gap, rail, or jump you found that didn't have enough natural speed.

DC Ply Snowboard
September 26, 2011
this board is a wonderful board for the park. this board has a very mellow camber, so it can still press like butter, and is super forgiving, yet with the camber it does have, and the super nice poplar core, you still have control and pop, and the great edge hold and stability. this board is basically a perfect park board for rails, jumps, jibs, and getting creative and having fun all over the mountain. you will be fine on rails, and it is not stiff by any means.

you should be fine, no major toe/heel drag problems. this board is super sick tho. I would recommend setting your board up and standing in your boots strapped in your board on some carpet or a rug and leaning into "turns" to make sure you have no drag. if you have any issues, just return the board to dog funk!

it depends on your stance width, but its very unlikely that you could ride this without toe drag.
also, TBT has nothing to do with the width of the board, and won't let you ride bigger boots. TBT is just the shape of the core and the base.

i would for sure go for the 144 if i were you! if your riding rails and 30 foot jumps than a 144 is perfect. the rocker will also make it feel a little longer when your carving to the park, and the short size will make a huge difference in the maneuverability that you need to ride jibs. i weigh 210 and I'm 5'11" and i only ride a 150 and i hit 40's on it.

I absolutelly hate rocker boards. i can never land tricks on them and they just feel too unstable and dead under my feet. I have never ridden a flat board, but i want to give it a try. would this be a good board to try? or should i look for something else. I ride all midwest street and park.
