I think the maufacturer covers all the warranties, but as you can see, if you break it after one year, the warranty is void.

Well, I myself am about your size, only a little smaller, but I wear an XL, but people say that Volcom undersizes their "sizes" So I say the XXL would probably be a good choice for a volcom jacket if you want baggy.
