  • Hood:

    Washington
  • Bio:

Avid backcountry jib-skiier, occasionally am found in the park and chutes. 20 years old and have been skiing for nearly 10+ years.

Since Washington is my hood, I am caught mostly at Snoqualmie and Stevens Pass, sometimes Crystal Mountain, and rarely I'll take a trip to Whistler/Blackcomb, White Pass, and Mts. Baker, Hood and Bachelor. I'm blessed to have soo many options so close to me.

I rock soley K2 skis, I have a pair of 2005 Public Enemies for chill days and a 179 pair of 2010 K2 Obsethed's that I rock for the HxC backcounty/park skiing.

My bindings are Salomon Spherical Bindings with a quick release but they are tuned fairly tight. They fit pretty much any boot and help absorb jump impacts better than any biding I've had so far, so they are my sole binding of choice.

Teh Bottom Line for my style: You can never go too large.

Technine Hooded Baseball Jacket - Men's

Technine Hooded Baseball Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 17, 2009

Just picked up this jacket in black, size XL. I'm 6'0, slim at 155 lbs. First impression was that hey! this sh*ts hood as f**k! The fit is verrrry loose and baggy. It comes down to the lower part of my upperthigh, a couple inches shy of my kneecap, very baggy for most but for a Technine lover this is the stuff.

For those unfamiliar with Technine, the fit is very baggy but the suprise with this jacket is that the end seam at the bottom of the jacket is actually quite tight, so your jacket wont look like a large triangle haha.

The jacket has more pockets than originally stated. Yes, it has the two front pockets, but it also has to zipper pockets, one for your iPod and one for your season pass, with the season pass pocket extendable. It is also complete with another interior pocket for any extra sh*t with an MP3 opening.

It is a very warm jacket, no its not insulated but I have skiied in very heavy snowfall at 15-20 degrees without any layers and was comfty as hell.

I highly recommend this jacket, especially those who are just trying to get into Technine gear as this is not too flashy or 'out-there'.
