They are nearly identical with the Targa's being a little stiffer/more responsive. Don't get me wrong, you will have no trouble taking park laps with the Targa's. I wear a burton size 10 boot with the "shrinkage" technology so supposedly the outer boot is only a size 9. I ordered the S/M but they were too small. I sent them back for the L/XL and they are perfect. I was concerned because they went up to size 14 but don't worry they will fit your 9.5 boa's.

Best Bindings I've ever ridden

Rome Targa Snowboard Binding

I've rocked a lot of bindings... Ride Spi's, Burton Cartel's, Union's but these blow them all out of the water. The flex is probably in-between medium and medium stiff and is perfect for both freeriding and all mountain-freestyle. The adjustability is insane. These are the best bindings I've ever ridden. Once Union keeps up with the canting and the adjustability they might be as good but not yet!
