hey austin well the forum youngblood chillydog is a pretty versatile board can handle jumps and take rails like a champ. While the k2 www rocker is pretty soft and might be too loose on bigger jumps, but on rails it kills it.

hey lucas well im gonna tell u right now that this board is prime on rails and i wouldnt reccomend it unless u hit lots of rails so really id steer away from this board for sure.

hey man well i dont really c a reason for buying a wide board unless u have some big feet or if ur a little larger and want a board that can for sure support ur weight.

hey daz well brands now days are realizing that people want to run smaller boardds. So there are now specific boards made to be run shorter. But if ur lookig for a short board simply cuz its playful there are also boards that are a bit bigger that still have some great playful flex. so if i were u id loook ito a bit bigger board that is like a 2-4 on the flex scale. But its cool if ur not into that im just saying this is a 5-6 on a flex sclae of 10 its really not to playful but then agiain with ur size i beleive u could make it work. hope i helped man

he man will this board features the channel which is burtons way of trying to make ur stance easier to move around. so if u use other brands bindings u must pick up the est plate. they usually sell tem at ur local snowboard shop. hope i helped man

hey man, well this is a fairly soft board and would prolly not be a good choice for any all mountain riding. with its flex it would prolly get trippy at high speeds.

hey zach this board does have a tail as u can see in the description it can be used to shred bowls!

hey man well both these boards are tights but if your looking to hit some 35-40 ft jumps the youngblood is it. lets say your into rails and not big into jumps and when u do hit jumps there small then the salomon drift rockers would suit u well, its a soft board which could make it too lose for some jumps. hope i helped man

hey jordan if ur looking for a longer baggier fit a large for sure but if u want some thing a bit shorter and less baggy id go for the medium

hey , ive used a lot of goggles and all of them hve their disadvantages at night, but if ur rlly looking into these specific goggles u can see if they sell replacement lense for them. if so u can buy some clear lenses and you will be all set for those graybird conditions, also another option is to check out anon goggles, on their website they have a virtual lens tester so u can see what they look like at night and when its cloudy.

hey thomas, i c ur concern but boot sizes usuallly runn small for example i have a pair of burton boots and there 9.5s and for shoes i wear size 8s(i have small feet) and i could prolly go up to a 10. soo i beleive ur son should be fine with the 11c boots

this board would deff have some float in powder but with its flex and shape idk if it could straight handle 45-50 mph, thats not to say it cant. its a sick board tho so i wouldnt be discouraged.

if ur looking for some playfulness and the ability to nose press pretty easy look into the youngblood chillydog which can also handle jumps up to 40 ft and also the forum scallywag is a great board which is a little softer than the youngblood, it is also playful. both are sick boards hope i helped man

hey man well right now theres a reverse camber fad. reverse camber is popular to due the fact that it provides a fun, sometimes butterey ride. Now when u talk about turned up edges that also just a new feature brands have added to their boards. Turned up edges make the board basiclly catch free making it very easy to have the confidence to boardslide any rail or box without worrying about catching an edge and eating it. now ur question will he have trouble.. well it will feel different to him definetly but really i see it as being a change for the good. if he is interested in rails or boxes sick board. if he is looking to lean back and spin the flats(butter), sick board. i hope i helped mann.

hey grant u can tell if ur board works with est bindings if board has two slots on the top which burton calls the channel, also in ur boards description it should mention it has the channel. if ur board does not burton also sells many other regular bindings that would be compatible with a board with no channel. if ur confused on how the channel works burton has a few videos showing how simple it is to install est bindings. hope i helped mann!

hey jb, well since ur not big into park and when u go into the park u will be hitting jumps u should look into a 162 it will give u a nice all mountain feel and a stable landing pad for those kickers. hope i helped man

it might be pushing it but for u r height u could ride a bigger board im saying up to around a 152 would be alright for u.. but depending on what ur gonna be doing. for straight rails and boxes a smaller board is nice but if ur gonna be hitting some jumps a slightly bigger board is a wise decision. and if ur gonna be jibbing mostly theres better boards out there. hope i helped man

hey conner, personally i have never had any good experiences with flow bindings. i had one pair that broke so i then moved on 2 a pair of unions which have been killing it. if i were u i would look into unions

hey man the scallywag in a 151 is deff possible for u to ride but depending on what ur gonna be doing there are better boards out there. if ur into rails a small board would be a wise decision. but if ur gonna be hitting rails and some SMALL jumps a little bigger board could be wise. hope i helped mann

this board should be fine for rails but if all ur focusing on is rails there are better boards out there. lib tech makes the skate banana can kill on rails

i deff go with union bindings

ya man these bindings get the job done they also have good cushioning under foot to help u stomp whatever ur trying to land

hey man this board is basically a kill it all! but for rails if ur looking to nose press there might be some problems but that doesnt mean u cant hit rails. also this boards shape is like the anny burton v-rocker board its supposed to cobine the power of camber with the losseness of rocker, so some flat ground manuvers shouldnt be an issue. hope i helped dude

a 148 in kids is a 148 in adult all boards are measured in centimeters. and for jibbing the evo is amazing

if ur riding in some icy conditions park pickles the choice if ur not worried bout ice both of these boards are solid just look into which brand is for u. gnu is made by mervin which also makes lib tech boards and theres boards are great quality not to say capitas arent! all preference

i really have no idea but its a jibstick so im guessing it is but at the same time reverse camber boards are a new fad and arent that cheap soo idk but that is an older model soo stil no idea but depending on ur budget there are better reverse camber boards out there

at your local shop you can see if they have the "channel" or est baseplate and then u will be good to go. all you will have to do is switch out the baseplates and ur binding will be compatible with the nug
