ThirtyTwo Blahzay Pant - Men's

January 29, 2013

Does anybody know the actual inseam length for the X-Large? I've never tried on a pair of 32 pants so I'm not familiar with their sizing and the chart doesn't tell you anything about length.

Special Blend Annex Pant - Men's

December 25, 2012

Does anybody know if these are the same sizing and cut as last year? I have last seasons Annex in XXL and was hoping that they hadn't changed anything for their last two years. I would like to get a pair from their last season in business.
R.I.P. Special Blend 1992-2003.

My new favorite

Burton Cargo Tall Pant - Men's

Burton Cargo Tall Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 October 16, 2011

I got these in an XL even though I only have a 33" waist because I like em' baggy. The inseam could be a little longer, (mine wasn't quite 34 inches) but otherwise the fit was great. They have a really functional cut to them and they are also pretty lightweight which makes them feel like pajamas. I am 6 foot even and I highly recommend these pants to taller riders who hate highwaters and don't want to rock the "twizzle-sticks." Say no to short inseams!

Slimmed down.

Special Blend Strike Pant - Men's

Special Blend Strike Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 March 7, 2011

I used to rely on Special Blend to make pants big enough for a "loose" fit on taller people. In an industry that seems to design outerwear for short stacks it was a godsend. Those days are over. It seems SB has jumped on the shrink and slim everything down bandwagon that is all the rage these days. That being said, the pant still has decent waterproofing and is comfortable to wear on the mountain. I am 6'0" and 180 lbs with a 34" waist and when I measured the inseam on the strike (xl) it came out to about 33". A big disappointment from someone who owns older SB pants with much longer and wider cuts. A note: My Kermit color is different then the one pictured. It has a yellow graphic color vs. that silver in the df photos.

Ride RX Snowboard Binding

Ride RX Snowboard Binding

Rating for this product: 3 April 12, 2010

Rode these all this season as an intermediate rider and pretty much thrashed them. The toe strap rubber was the main problem as it is was very sensitive as to where it liked to be cinched down or it would simply slip off almost immediately. Make sure you don't get any snow between the boot and the cap and double-check it before you head down. Next issue is the fact that the toe cap doesn't like to "de-cinch" once it's tight. Many frustrating moments wrestling with it at the bottom of the hill. Bottom line, Ride needs to fix the problem but if you're looking for a super stiff binding these are where it's at.
