Forum Recon Snowboard Binding - Men's

Got out to Japan and the airlines lost my bags. Had to buy bindings and boots on the fly. Bought the Forum Recons thinking they would get me through a few days until my bags were found. Within an hour my toestrap fell off, payed 3000Y to have it replaced. Two hours later the buckle broke in half. Another replacement. The next day the baseplate completely snapped in half. I wasn't even hitting the park yet. This was all pow play. I wrote Forum customer support to see about getting some replacement parts and they just keep handing me off to different reps. I tried working with an American rep but he passed me to the Japanese rep. Didn't speak English very well and was across the country. American rep still wouldn't do anything for me. Warranty is fake, customer service was awful, product was garbage. I couldn't possibly be more upset with my purchase. Luckily my bag came in the next day so I only missed one day on that sweet Japanese pow.

Very good price for a set of outstanding bindings. I couldn't believe how well these things rode. A must buy. Burton Blunt Snowboard January 27, 2012 9 years on the slopes from the east coast to the west coast to Japan. This board makes it too easy. Soooo much fun. The rocker makes butters smooth and easy and very forgiving on the landings. This season has been spent in the northern prefectures of Japan and it's handled all of the powder the land of the rising sun has thrown at me. Highly recommended board.
