The dimensions are 13 x 6 x 65 in . As for your boots and helmet it will likely be a tight squeeze if they fit at all. I'd say it more likely the board and boots will fit rather than the helmet.

It is a pretty warm jacket overall but the question is somewhat subjective. It definitely depends on what it is you are doing and how your body generally does in cold weather. Naturally you will be much warmer if you are using this during activities like snowboarding or walking around. You may find yourself a bit chilly if you are just standing around.
