I just moved to Alaska with my big brother and my mom. I have to say, it wasn't by choice. And so far, I've been very out of place when it comes to dressing appropriately for the weather. I've always loved to snowboard, and used to with my dad. Here that's all anyone talks about, and as much as I'd like to be apart of the conversation, I don't feal comfortable because none of my old gear fits. Not to mention, I have and seems like always will be one of the rental kids. I want to show these kids that I can keep up, with out being judged (or cold!) for what I'm wearing. New clothes are all I dream about.
