The sole is flat, but there is arch support in the insole. I have a pair of the Wild Things Telfords and they are one of the most comfy shoes I own.

They have an arch for sure. Its not super high, more like a mid height arch. Good shoe to skate in for sure. Very similar to a nike Dunk mid
