I've never really asked the question:
Are men and womens bindings the same?
I'm liking the look of the Contraband Bindings. Do they come in womens, or can women wear mens bindings?
Cheers.

Some companies do just "Shrink it and Pink it" when it comes to women's bindings. But there are companies, like ride, that do have different shapes in their highbacks. Ride women's highbacks are shorter, because a women's calve sits lower on the leg and tall highbacks tend to "bite" into them. They also curve their highbacks to be anatomically correct as well for the shape of the calve. You will also find some different shapes and additional padding in the ankle straps of women's bindings. But the toe straps, trays, ratchets are all going to be the same. My wife ride's this year's version and loves them, but Ride will have a women's version of the Contraband for 2010 if you're unsure.
