This is 3D, all bindings are compatible. Re: bindings, you usually get what you pay for. Escapades or Lexas are pretty popular choices. Ride Sigma would also be a good choice.

Hey Cass, I would highly suggest the Burton escapade binding to match the Feelgood. It has a medium flex, gel cushioning to soak up chatter and rough landings, and is designed to perform all over the mtn, just like the feelgood!
