These would be ok... They do have a 10k breathable rating which will help you shed moisture, but they also have a microfleece liner which insulate a bit. They also have a slick dual thigh vent system that will help in cooling. You may want to look at the Burton W's might pant as well since it has the taffeta lining which is a lighter than the microfleece liner featured in the Fly Pant. Hope this helps!
