Kathryn, you should be able to find a decent bladder at "http://www.backcountry.com/store/group/100000444/Water-Reservoirs.html" (sorry, you'll have to copy and paste the part inside the ""). I prefer the CameBak line as they've been the most durable for me, however, you might want to check out the Platypus offerings as well -- they're easier to fill and have cool detachable hoses and such.

Hey Kathryn, I would reccomend buying a CamelBak StoAway 100oz (3L) bladder. It comes in a sheath so it wont get punctured and the bladder and tube are both insulated so no freeze ups. Bare in mind it will take up a third of the size of this small pack when full. You can also get the smaller 70 oz bladder instead. Search the web to find one for cheap. Hope this helps.
