I am about 6'0ft and have longer than normal arms, I also have a 30 inch waist and am very thin, any suggestions out there?

Between the current in stock sizes of XL and XXL, I'd say XL. The jacket sounds like it would fit you. The waist of the XL pant will be around a 36" waist. You would have to get them altered after purchasing. Be sure to pick up a Volcom necktie,Stone suit vest, fedora and a dank button-up to complete the kit, do this and you will be waking up in some different places.
