Does anyone know if the crown is supposed to screw into place when pushed all the way in to the number 1 position? Basically, when pushed all the way in, the crown still rotates. Any help would be appreciated.

Basically, this watch (I just bought one for myself a few days ago, does that same thing. The crown does not lock down tight. Instead, it is a double gasket crown meaning it just needs to pushed in all the way to be sealed. I have 5 other Nixon Scout watches and they work the in the same fashion. So, keep your worries down to a minimum of say none, man. Except of course making sure the crown is pressed in all way before plunging into the water.
