I say medium, these fit pretty big, i have ride bindings size large with 11 boots and the bindings are almost too big. aaaaaand the cartels smash and destroy these pretty much. For a little more money you get every feature that this binding had to offer, and then a bunch more, making them easier adjust, the straps are more comfortable WITH a much better conforming toe strap (i hate my ride "convertable" toe strap, and love my cartels), also the hichback is taller, stiffer, more responsive, and both curve inward to match the stance of your legs making them more comfortable. Also the disks that come with this are only fully compatible with 4x4 patterns, while the cartels are fully compatible with the 3 main mounting systems on the market. Cartel wins :-)
