A bit late answer but here goes: I have the 2006 Annex with an insulation liner a bit like this one and they work great in -20C conditions. I assume these pants will be about the same, maybe a little warmer. I normally only where a thin layer underneath mine while cursing the arctic conditions we get here. Don't confuses the Annex I got with the Annex Soft Shell from 2007+ though. These new ones are not insulated.
