Is fit true to size or should I go down a size? I wear a M or L in most clothes, size 32 waist... I don't like my clothes super baggy. Will the L be way too big?

The Large will be really big. I'm 6 feet tall, 32 waist, and could definitely rock a Medium in this one piece.
