The description says there is no insulation. Will this be a warm enough jacket for me? I ride in western Canada.

chances are, if there is no insulation, it is a shell. Although some shell jackets carry a heavier construction, and will be warmer then some other shells, this appears to be nylon construction...that equals lightweight. If you want this jacket, you might need to layer up under it. I recommend a baselayer, a mid layer (hoodie or fleece), and this shell over it. with proper layering you can be warm on the coldest of days!
