I have no previous expeirence with longboards but would like to get involved. iam over 250 lbs and about 5 ll any suggestions on a board . doesnt have to be from this site. Thanks for all the help.

I would think any of the neversummer longboards could hold your weight and I see a lot of folks in Rochester,NY using them to get around town. Its great exercise but be careful of pot holes and cars. Some people call longboards beer cruisers because they are so stable u can board on them carring a 12 pack or case of beer.
