hey dirtbiker. 1 of the benefits of ROCKER shaping it does lossen up the board feel/dynamic. however, to compensate for this, K2 developed JIP TIP TECH, which elongates the effective edge 5cm compared to boards of the same length. you can either down size 5cm for super short/jib, or ride your regular length which gives you an extra 5cm effect edge for control. if you are riding super hard snow, at 40 mph, i might suggest the new Parkstar; same Jib rocker but a performance jump up w/ core/carbon/base... Njoy
