The skate banana is a much softer board than the carbon credit, more jib specific,if you were doing more all mountain/jumps id go with the CC but if all you do is ride park/rails/etc id go with the banana, other than the flex they are pretty much the same they both have btx and mtx.

I had this board when it was the CHB MTX, and its a pretty mellow board. Pretty fun, but slower because of the base and the flex is about an average flex, probably softer now that it has rocker. Sorry I can't help much more
