I'm the same exact height and weight, I ride a 143. Depending on how long you've been riding. This board is soft and bends really easily...you would probably be ok with the 143, even if you are new to riding. On a 139 you have to be concerned with ending up with a stance too narrow, where if you bump up to the next size, you could play with it all you wanted and never really run out of options. Also, once you start doing pressure tricks and getting jibby, you don't want to have to worry about falling off the end of the board all the time. Get something that you'll advance into, not something that is perfect right now.

Should be fine. My wife is 4'11" and 110 pounds and that is what she rides. She loves it.
