I'm not sure how much insulation you want. But there's definitely some fluffiness in the sleaves. My arms dont get cold.

I just saw this jacket in a store and the sleeves did have insulation in them. Can't recall the rating though, but there were some other jackets that the sleeves were like shells and body insulated, this one wasn't like that. I thought it looked like a nice, fairly warm jacket.
