Is this coat really bulky or more relaxed looking? I can't tell very well from the picture.

It is not crazy bulky but it is a puffy coat. Usually Puffy coats aren't to slimming, the insulation makes it stick out but, on this particular Coat, it is a little more slimming than usual.
