Hey Mitch, I'm 5-7, 140 and the medium fits me about perfectly. It depends on how baggie you like to go. The jacket isn't super warm so I usually have to layer with a fleece under it, but it's very waterproof. With the fleece it's a comfortable fit, and on warmer days its baggy without looking trashy.
