I got 11 size on Vans boots (im usually a 10 in nike shoes), what size should i get on this one?

I would suggest a 10 or 10.5 in these. The reason being is snowboard boots generally pack out about a half size and you want them to fit snugly. Also these are heat moldable so if they are a bit tight you can just heat mold them and they will adjust to your foot.
