I need a board that is flexible enough for me to do park, but when i want to straighten out down the mountain, i need stability for the speed. I ride in PA, and i want to buy either this deck or the Ride Crush... Any suggestions?

Also, i have an 11 size foot and am more comfortable riding a 156cm

The machete can practically slay the whole mountain. It would definately be the best choice for you. For size 11 boots, you should probably get the 157 wide. You can't go wrong with this board.
