naters13 im that size exactly, my waist is about 40. the xl is good for you? i had the burton cargos last year but i cant remember if they were L or XL. they were pretty tight so they might have been the L. i think the xl will work for me.

Yeah it depends on how tall you are too. I have a size 30 waist but i like them baggy. I wear a medium and they are pretty big on me. Large would most likely be the way to go. Plus they are adjustable to an extent. By the way i'm 5'9

How tall are you? I am 5'10, 240 got the XL, They are pretty big on me when i wear jeans underneath.SUPER LONG.. sick pants though. cant wait to wear them on the slopes!
