What are the 2 small dials for? Is one a second hand and the other a one hand clock? Is one the minute hand and the other the hour hand? Anyone know?

Nixon's site only says "3 Thin Japanese Movements." I'm guessing you're probably right with the one had and second clock guess, seems like the only probably answer.
