I just bought this binding (the 2009 edition, out of stock), and my size 8 boots were SUPER TIGHT in the medium - it's possible to fit your boot in there, but if you get any snow in the binding, you're going to have some trouble. I ended up picking up a Large, which works just fine.

You would need a size Medium.
