Hey, does this board work well with a size 13 boot? If not do you suggest any other boards that work well for a size 13?

It shoud be good man. I ride a 13 boot in 'ride' boots but a 12 in '32s'. aslong as the width is 25.8cm and up you should be fine. Also it depends on how angled up ur toe is with the ramps on ur bindings

I have a Burton Baron 167 Wide that works great with my clown feet. I don't know about any other brands.
