i'm a skinny build, but i like my jackets fairly loose, but not overly baggy...

The sizes for Special Blend are XS: 32"–34" (81–86 cm) S: 34"–36" (86–91 cm) M: 36"–38" (91–96cm). It is all rider preference, First find what size you are in the chest, then go from there. Small would the logical choice i think.
