i wear a size 12 in puma and circa so would i be the same in these?
Also i am in canada so would i get charged for duty for shipping across the boarder

You should be fine getting these to Canada. Also, look for some new websites in 2010. Dogfunk.com will be opening a full Canadian site early in the year. Tell your friends. The Element Topaz ran a little big for me. Actually about a full size big but I wear a smaller size and have really narrow feet. If you have wider feet order the 12, but if your feet are narrow I would order 11 or 11.5.
