Hey Peachez.. If you want em loose but not too baggy, go Large for sure. Medium will look all fitted and dorky, XLs will be huge.

I'm 6'0" and just under 195 lbs... I like a similar fit and would wear a large. You may be able to get away with a medium, but I place my bet on Large.
