Yes it has a powder skirt. Please note, Special Blend has changed their skirt attachment to pants starting in 2010.

No I haven't. I only ask because, sometimes, the specs are a bit off. I was just checking. I am going to go to the factory on Friday, so I will find out for sure then. Thanks
