I have the Vans Mylan Cargo pants and I really like them...might even get another pair in different colour. I've had no problems with them getting wet and the construction seems very solid (after a full season). Vans pants do fit huge, I'm a big guy and the xxl are way bigger than other brands I've had (Bonfire, Burton). Hope this helps.
