I bought mine several years ago, and it did include the bladder & hose, stamped with the Dakine brand name. I used the "Live Chat" feature to inquire about this because I need to replace the hose on my pack. The Dogfunk rep indicated that Dakine doesn't make bladders/hoses for these packs at all anymore, so you'd have to get a Camelbak bladder/hose component to use with this bag.
