Do the phone specific FMJ's (the ones with the mics) split...

Do the phone specific FMJ's (the ones with the mics) split into two parts like the regular ones do? And if so, is the split before or after the mic? (If it splits, does the mic remain attached to the earphones or is it attached to the bottom half?)

to be more specific, the mic is attached on the cord for your left ear canal, and it is located after the split remaining attached to the left earphone..//

the mic is on one side after it splits so that you can talk hands free with them you don't have to hold the mic up to your mouth as long as you have a earpiece in.
