does this fit baggy? gettin a new coat for this season and need to know if i need to size down. also is it insulated? i need to keep warm without having to wear many layers

ill jacket. definatly baggy. i am 5' 11" got an XL and looks steezy, i wouldnt go with a different size. Theres no insulation just some layered fleece around the neck for comfort.
