Does this binding have a toe cup strap? What size would I get if i wear a 10.5 boot?

I run a 10.5 Burton Hail boot and the M/L Forces. They fit like a glove. I'd recommend going up to the L/XL if you don't have newer, lower profile boots.

Yes they do, you can run the toe strap out over the toes or over the top. You would need the L/XL for your boot size.
