I wanted to get a pair of these for my bro...he's about 5'8 and 160lbs...i think he wears a 32 in regular pants...I didnt want to get something too tight, but you dont have any mediums. Would the small be too tight?

That is a tough decision. For the price i think it is a good purchase even if they are too tight. You could always sell them to some one you know. But they may work. It is a crazy deal for the price.
