I would say medium, but sometimes it depends on the boots too. I wear a 10.5 size boot and have the Cartels in large. With my Burton SLX boots, I have the straps set pretty small and still have to ratchet down as tight as I can to get a snug fit. On the other hand, my older Sims boots fit quite well.

I have the 2008/2009 Cartels (size Large) and a size 11 ThirtyTwo boot. I have the toe strap set at almost the tightest possible setting, and I have to really crank it tight to keep myself in. I *think* you'd probably be good with the Medium, especially if you don't think your foot is going to get any bigger. (When in doubt, take your boots to the store & try stepping in to different sized bindings.)
