thnx im 140 pounds and im just not sure if i need big waist width or anyof that ? so maybe a 156cm?

most important thing is not foot size but your weight. If you're over 180 lbs you'll *need* a 159cm board at least, if you're over 200 lbs you'll need bigger than that.
